Welcome to the blog
A short note on what this space is for and what to expect.
This is where I'll be writing longer pieces on the things I work on day-to-day: enterprise architecture, AI-native systems, and the messy middle of large-scale transformation.
Most of what I share goes out on LinkedIn first. Those posts get cross-linked here so everything lives in one place β the writing I'm proud of, plus the shorter takes that earn enough engagement to be worth keeping.
A few of the things I expect to write about:
- Architecture under uncertainty. Most enterprise architecture is taught for steady-state, and almost none of it is. I'll write about how we make decisions when the inputs are still moving.
- AI in regulated industries. I lead AI work at Sonnedix, a global asset manager in renewables. The interesting questions aren't "can we use AI" β they're about audit trails, model governance, and building agentic systems that a regulator would sign off on.
- The transformation paradox. Why the same five things keep coming up in every transformation programme, regardless of industry, and why "people, process, technology" is dangerously close to a non-answer.
If you've found something I wrote useful, the easiest way to keep up is to follow me on LinkedIn. This blog gets updated whenever LinkedIn does β and occasionally with longer-form pieces that don't fit there.
